We’re looking for a motivated order picker to join our distribution center team in our McCook, IL warehouse!
This individual is primarily responsible for order picking in the distribution center using motorized equipment such as reach truck., etc
They may also be responsible for receiving and stocking raw and finished goods, pulling raw materials for production, putting away finished goods, pulling branch replenishment orders, and shipping product to other Lawson distribution centers. Additional responsibilities may include order induction, preparing customer orders, and shipping finished goods to customers.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience is required.
Must be able to work at heights of up to 20 feet
Candidates that possess the knowledge and experience to safely operate material handling power equipment, such as forklift, power walkie, skid wrapper etc., will be strongly considered.
Possesses basic math, communication, and computer skills.
Ability to count accurately and read numbers.
Ability to follow written instructions.
Ability to work under key performance measures, meeting or exceeding established daily goals.
Demonstrates dependability, punctuality and strong attendance record.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires employees to stand while working.
