Customer Service Representative: The hours are 10:30-7 Monday-Friday.

As a leader in the MRO industry, we partner with customers to make sure they have the right maintenance and repair parts on hand when needed.
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong interpersonal skills and the energy to work in a fast-paced environment. Our Customer Service Representatives provide support to field sales team and customers.
This position is located in Chicago, IL. We offer $18.27/hour; 401k plus vision, dental and medical benefits, as well as a paid holiday and PTO package day one.
Responds to inquiries via phone, email and other internal systems.
Resolves customer and sales rep issues.
Conducts order entry, modification and status activities.
Reviews and issues product returns, credit memos and document requests.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
3+ years in an in-bound call center environment is preferred.
Experience with SAP is preferred.
Attendance and punctuality are important for performance.
