We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

As a 70 year old company, our success depends on teamwork and being progressive in response to meeting customer’s needs.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a busy team. This team responds to a minimum of 40 calls per day in an inbound call center from customers, sales reps and internal team members. They maintain a strong performance against established key performance indicators, input and modify customer orders in our SAP system and provide the status of orders, quotes, returns, product audits, credits and invoice rebill requests.

The successful person will have excellent customer service skills, be able to multi task and detail oriented.

This is a hybrid role. This person will work 3 days in our Chicago office and 2 days remotely.
